I wanted to extend my appreciation to you on Saturday when I called to advise that my Jeep had a dead battery and needed to be looked at. As a regular customer of Langley Chrysler I have always found all staff very helpful but I recall you stating that service was fully booked on Saturday when I called.

When I relayed my situation you offered to fit me in right away without hesitation. Terrific customer service! This type of service, and dealing with employees like yourself is what keeps customers coming back to your dealership.
