Purchasing a new (to me) car was a big decision for me and not one I looked forward to.  I was previously married to a mechanic and have never had to worry about cars or knowing anything about them. Being an older woman on my own now, surviving on a single income, this was a daunting task for me. I must admit I came into it being very sceptical of salespeople being open and honest with me. I had purchased a CRV a number of years back and was told that it hadn’t been in any accidents and later found out it had and the alignment was out and could never get my tires balanced.

I found Nils to be a very kind and helpful salesperson who listened to what I needed and what I was able to understand that I was on a limited budget. He found a car that was exactly along the lines of what I was looking for and worked hard to get me a price I could make. I am grateful for his attentiveness to my situation and never once felt pressure to make a hasty decision.

Because the car had been in 3 previous accidents I had BCAA come in and look it over and they recommended some things be done by your dealership. Nils has noted this and I am waiting to hear back regarding an appointment for service. Since driving the car for a few days now I am also noticing a whining noise in the steering wheel when I turn corners, but this only happens after the car has been driven for a while.  It also seems to run a little rough when idling so I thought I would ask if they could check on these things when I get the other issues dealt with.

I hope that in the future we can do business again. (Although I hope it won’t be for a long time as I need this car to last for a while 🙂 )
